The Poetry of Grief

Since ink was first put on parchment, people have used poetry to express their emotions. Author Judith de Wilde continues this tradition with Even After That, which Kirkus Reviews describes as “quiet, beautiful poetry of bereavement.”

Poetry book - Even After That

Judith’s verses, accompanied by photographs, express her feelings of loss after the death of her husband. The couple met on a blind date over fifty years ago, a meeting orchestrated by her parents.

Writing through the pain helped Judith deal with her loss, and the result is this book of lovely, touching poetry.

Even After That, by Judith de Wilde, is published by the AuthorHouse Book Publishing Company.
